Did CenturyLink (formerly CenturyTel) recently raise their rates?

I had been paying a monthly bill of $67.73 for both Wireline Services and Internet Services. I just got a new bill and it was $75.09. Did these S.O.B.'s just raise their rates? If they did, I find an increase of $7.36 "unacceptable"!!!
