Would you rather be in Frankenstein's position or the "monsters" position?

I personally would prefer to be the monster because he didnt bring someone to life and then leave it to fend for itself. Also i'm not one of those people that does well with guilt and Victor is just loaded with it. the monster is basically innocent due to the fact that no one taught him that killing was wrong so i would rather be innocent than guilty.
