Racism - enterprise week at school?

I think it is really important that you include all races such as women, blacks, hispanics, etc. when you do this so that everyone can get the idea that there are a lot of different people affected by race. Anyway, that being said. Does it have to be about enterprise? You can put together some statistics and focus on what the state's laws are on hiring. Do they have a quota? I have been really interested on how word play has been affecting different areas as of late. Some think that words are just words and others think that it causes serious consequences. You can focus on politics since that is a big debate at the current time. Good luck, this sounds like a pretty tough project. You can go to different businesses and ask them to answer survey questions. Make ons to hand out with a bold statement such as Equality in the Workplace...does it exist. I don't know. Just throwing out some ideas but it's kind of hard because I don't really know what you would like to focus on. Hope I was helpful.
