How to choose a college?

My emotions have been raging between where to go to college. One minute I see a movie with hot, fraternity black guys and I'm like " I wanna go to an historically black college". Then I read twilight and I'm like " I wanna move to Washington". Then I go to the beach and I'm like " I wanna move to California". Then after I've calmed down, I dont want to go there as bad. It sucks because I dont exactly have a preference for where I go to college. I just want to have fun and have a great experince and meet cool people.
