I honestly need help...please answer :(?

okk so the same thing happened on 420, after i smoked alot. but here i go. a couple days ago i took too much advil pm (purposly) and got like really ****** up.(in school) i was sent to the nurse because i couldnt breathe and needed water and felt like i was going to faint. then, after i told the nurse i was ok (when i really wasnt) i was walking back to my locker & my friend was talking to me and i wss being really mean & even broke the plastic cup full of water and threw it on the floor and started pacing around annoyed & scared. what was wrong with me? this only happened twice in my life so far, sometimes it happens just thinking about it
