What is a good Ireland College?

I want to go to college in Ireland and i would like to know which college would be the best to go there. I dont speak any Gaelic (gaeilge) and I'm pretty sure half the ppl there speak English too (maybe) but i would also like to learn how to speak Gaelic (gaeilge) so i want to know a good way to learn how to speak Gaelic (gaeilge). so the questions are : what is a good Ireland college and how can i learn to speak Gaelic (gaeilge)
