If Michael "" Phelps died from smoking weed would he get as much sympathy as Heath "Pill Poppin'" Ledger?

I kinda have to agree with the first guy. And besides, how much weed would you have to smoke before it killed you? btw I smoked from the bong once, as I'm sure millions of other teenagers have done.
