Is this illegal for my friend to do? Please help me.?

Personally I think thats a little funny, but it is pretty messed up. I believe it is illegal because that kinda like giving out personal information out to strangers without any of your friend's consent. You dont need to get the cops to deal with it because its not exactly a "crime" and they won't really do anything about it. But do talk to your friend and warn him. If that doesn't work talk to your friends dad whose a phobic and he'll talk to your friend.
