Just wondering?

hi i was due to start my periods last tues i didnt have any bleeding for four days (so my period hadnt come) all day sat there still wasnt any think then sat night when i went to the toilet and wiped there was very light pinkish blood then it stopped again then sun night it happened again but this time it had lil red dots like a pin prick size it was only there twice and now its gone but i still have a little bit of pinkish blood when i wipe it neva goes on my liner though theres no pain or any think i will be making an appointment with my doctor but i was just wondering if any one else has experienced this and could possibly tell me what it could be thankyou also i know its not from or doing to much coz my partner and i havnt had for a little while
