Looking for an experienced saltwater fisherman to answer some questions of mine.?

Hey, so basically as the question header says, I am looking for a Saltwater fisherman to answer some questions of mine about fishing in the Corpus Christi / Port Aransas Bay area, and I am NOT fishing on a boat (So I am going to be fishing off the Pier, surf, and maybe some Jetties) and basically i have a few questions about what the best type of fish to catch there are, what lures to use, and what fish can I catch that tastes the best for the grill. (Or whatever method). Thanks for the info.
