Things to do in Florida 2011?

Me (15), my sister (11), My mum (36) & my dad (41) are all going on holiday to florida in april 2011 for 2 weeks, we have been to florida many times before but we always go to the same parks, like disney, universal & busch, but this time we don't really want to go to the main parks, we would like to go to gator land & wonder works, if anyone can suggest anything else for us to do or any good experiences (or bad ones) please let us know; many thanks (:
