What is the meaning of "low"?

the song low. what does it mean? is there like more than one person? cuz like shes got apple bottom jeans and furry boots and then she has sweatpants on? i dont get it. and then why does she hit the floor? duz it all stand for something or duz the song just hav no meaning? ha ha im just curious. :)
