Whats better: Perfectly symmetrical big A cup or fake s 32C which might not end up symetrical?

I had a consultation with a surgeon today for enlargement and having second thoughts. He tells me I have big A cup that are perfectly symmetrical. The plan was to go up to a C cup with implants. There's no gaurentee that these would be symmetrical and has the combined complications of surgery and risks involved. What what you do? Stick with symmetrical big A cup or go for the implants?
