Can you rate my brother's team in pokemon diamond?(and give some advise?)?

On a scale of 1-10, I'd say an 8. It's good that he matched the pokemon with their matching physical/special moves, but I would tell him to teach them some counter moves (garchomp's SUPER weak towards ice, so teach him fire fang). Overall, it's a very decent team to go rack up some battle tower wins with.
