I feel bad about doing parkour?

I was doing some parkour on some railing by some ramps for people with wheel chairs, and a woman came up and said, " get off you idiot, thats for disabled people" and i felt really sad about doing it, and its really put down my morale, is it ok to do parkour, where can i get parkour support
