I want to get married at the beach need help!?

I want to get married at the beach but I am not having a big wedding due to budget. I am also not planning on inviting anyone its just him and I. Is this possible or do I need to have a big wedding to get married at the beach? We were going to get married at the courthouse but I want something more romantic than waiting in line for a number to get married? Any help please?
